divisions may be capped based on entries received. Get your registration

7-Player Team Fee:

A confirmation email will
be sent to the team representative once an entry and payment have
been processed. Confirmed
teams will be posted on the NAGVA website (http://www.nagva.org).
NOTE: Please
have your team's complete roster registered through the NAGVA website
by June 30, 2008 to ensure that the members of your team are listed
correctly in the program. We cannot guarantee that any changes
or additions made to your roster after July 11 will be reflected
in the tournament program.
Teams from outside the U.S, please
note: We welcome your participation in our tournament, but to avoid
the high costs incurred by processing personal checks, we must
request that all fees be sent in the form of money orders or traveler's
checks in U.S. Funds by banks that have U.S. depositories. Thank
you for your cooperation.

Facility: All games
will be held at Emory University - Woodruff P.E. Center. This is a 7
court facility with FREE on-site parking.
Rules: The Hotlanta Classic XVII will follow the
rules of play as described in the NAGVA Rules and Regulations.
Officiating: NAGVA
Rules and Regulations states in Section 6 that teams must provide
a certified 1st referee and a certified scorekeeper (see SCHEDULE for mandatory Officiating and Scoring Clinic) for all matches.
This rule will be enforced at the Hotlanta Classic XVII. Further,
the rules state that if a team cannot provide a certified 1st
referee or certified scorekeeper, they mustpay the cost of obtaining
one from the tournament committee.
Teams without a NAGVA certified up-official
or scorekeeper will be required to pay $20 per match to obtain
a 1st referee for the remaining matches they are responsible for
reffing. If a team cannot provide a 1st referee or scorekeeper
and does not pay the required fee, they WILL NOT play at the tournament
and will not receive a refund.

As the The Hotlanta Classic XVII is a NAGVA sanctioned event,
ALL divisional participants must NAGVA registered 2008-2009 members. NAGVA fees can be paid online at www.nagva.org. Fees are $35 per player, team fees are $45. NAGVA fees are separate from the tournament entry fees.
Once you are registered with NAGVA, you can then submit your tournament registration fees to the address listed below. Payments must be received before a team will be confirmed. Spaces will be filled based upon when payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to your team representative once an entry and payment have been received and processed.
